Not at Home

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point. You will receive a notification indicating where and when you can collect your parcel.

Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused upon delivery, you will be charged the return shipping costs.
